Apply for a Loan Online
If you are an existing member and want to apply for a secured loan, you can apply online by logging into your account if you are registered on our website. Please remember that in most cases, you will still need to send us supporting information including a recent bank statement and payslip, for us to process your online application.
If you are a new member and want to apply for a loan, you can download our new member loan application pack, or contact us to request the form to be sent to you.

Making a Complaint
We value feedback from our Members, and if something goes wrong, we want you to tell us about it so we can put things right and continually improve our service to our Members. If you have a complaint you can get in touch with us and we'll investigate the problem.
If you don't feel that we have dealt with your complaint fairly, then you can request the Financial Ombudsman to look into your complaint, provided that you have given us the opportunity to resolve the matter with you directly first.
